Student Success Dashboards

The Student Success Dashboards allow Boise State faculty and advisors to identify and engage with students who are at academic risk to prevent them from falling farther off-track.

To access the Student Success Dashboard for New Students and the Student Success Dashboard for Continuing Students, just follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to
  2. On the left-side menu, click Login to Pyramid Analytics.
  3. Enter your Boise State username and password.
  4. On the left-side menu, click open.
  5. Click the Public Content folder.
  6. Double click the Student Success Dashboards sub-folder.
  7. Select which Dashboard you’d like to run (New Students or Continuing Students).
  8. On the far right side, click the View Dashboard button.

If you do not have access to the dashboards, please email with your name, Employee ID #, Boise State username, and state which dashboard you’d like access to.

Before accessing the tool, please make sure you have signed the FERPA Confidentiality Agreement, with one copy on file in your home department and a second copy sent to the Registrar’s Office.

"Would recommend her to any of my friends"

"Ms. Rice was very helpful and answered all of the questions I went into the appointment ready to ask. She even answered questions I did not even know I had. She helped me feel less anxious about where I currently am at in my education as well as offered a class that I did not know BSU offered, but that I am now extremely interested in. She was very friendly and would recommend her to any of my friends needing academic advisement."
